July, 1898: Me and Perrie have came up with the final decision! The bismuth fraction contained a new element. It acted as if it were bismuth chemically, but since it ws radioactive it just had to be something new. I think we'll name it Polonium.
December 1898: We did it again! me and Perrie just came with the conclusion of yet ANOTHER element. It shall be called radium. These two very dissimilar elements are yet so related due to their radioactivity behavour.
June 1882: 15 and young and I just graduated high school!!! How exciting! And not to brag but I did graduate with top grades :)
1893: Was SOO nervous to take this exam to get my degree in physics, but I almost cried tears of joy to see that I passed with the highest marks in my class. Then being the FIRST woman to earn a degree in physics from Sorbornne. What an honor.
Before our discoveries: I would like to shoutout Wilhelm Roengten who discoverd "X-Radiation". Your breakthrough in that theory most definitely helped me with my discoveries. Thank you for being my catalyst.
July 1895: Just got married!!! I am officially a Curie. I knew me and Perrie were gonna do big things the first time I met him when I got assigned this labratory experiment.
Sometime following 1882: I CANNOT believe the University of Warsaw did not accept me just because I am feminine. We'll see what you have to think about this in the future Warsaw, mark my words.
September 12, 1897 I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girls on this planet, I could not have asked for anything better.
& I truly do adore them and they are my most prized possesion, even after winning two nobel prizes,
December 6, 1904: nothing can beat my love for them. Irene the oldest and Eve the youngest.
Oh my is that my wife? What a cutie.
Awhh look at everyone back then.
